At lunch the other day, I served a simple green salad with watermelon radishes, some herbed nuts that I often make, and a miso salad dressing.

The salad dressing, is, I think, my favorite new recipe for all of 2009. I keep a bottle (an old ketchup container) of it in the fridge and use it as indiscriminately as I use basic vinaigrette.
